- Retired after 31 years in Mo public education. Retired from Lee’s Summit R-7 July 1, 2021.
- Teacher, coach, principal, director, executive director, asst. superintendent, assoc. superintendent.
- Worked in four districts ranging in size of 250 – 18,000 students over 31 years.
- Selected local teacher of the year three times.
- Selected Northwest District Principal of the Year.
- Kevin Daniel Founded FiredUP Consulting Group in 2014 after consulting and speaking for 15 years.
Personal, Hobbies, In My Spare Time, Unique Facts:
- Father, friend, learner, failure, developer, believer.
- Graduated in the top 20 of my class in Pattonsburg, Mo. There were 20 in my class.
- Grew up on a farm / farm boy. Did not have indoor plumbing in my boyhood home until I was 10.
- Golf, music, sports memorabilia collector, writing and reading.
- I’m an ordained minister who has officiated several wedding ceremonies and a few funerals.
- FiredUP Consulting Group is my passion, hobby, profession, 20 year dream come true.

Favorite or Most Impactful Teacher Growing Up:
Mr. Kevin Rhode. Was my Jr. High social studies teacher, basketball and football coach. He was a tremendous mentor, role mode of work ethic and goal setting. Relationships were important to him.
