FiredUP Consulting Group understands the similarities, differences and subtle nuances between culture and climate. Climate can change minute to minute based upon short-term events at the local, state, national and international levels. Culture is different from climate and is much more difficult to move and shift. Building a high-performing, focused on students and learning culture is not an event. It’s a process sustained over time. Day after day, one relationship, decision and caring conversation at a time. Through a detailed vetting and continual improvement process; FiredUP has developed three surveys for students, parents/community and PreK-12 staff (certified & non-certified staff). 

 **These aforementioned surveys will also include the recently released 
(June 2022) MSIP 6 requirements for culture and climate surveys.**

We can and have provided the following:

  • Facilitate culture/climate surveys customized to your school, district and organization
  • Facilitate any one of the three surveys (student, parent/community, staff) as stand-alone, or, all three as a bundle.
  • Provide a final report that includes results, findings and recommendations to the admin team.
  • Share results, findings and recommendations virtually and or in person with the admin team and Board of Education as desired.
  • Provide follow-up development sessions virtually and or in person with the admin team and Board of Education as desired via work sessions, admin retreats and other formats.
  • Conduct needs assessments in the following areas:
    • Staff development, professional learning/professional development
    • Academic Performance Reviews of a building and district using our data-analysis and 360 approach.
    • Curriculum audits, findings and recommendations with follow-up coaching support.
    • Literacy audits that include classroom observations, findings, recommendations and follow-up professional learning/development.
    • Communication audits, findings and recommendations with follow-up coaching support.
