Clear and Viable Curriculum and Assessments – Available July 10, 2024
This course will provide users with a brief overview of how to create a clear and viable curriculum for their school and district. The course focuses on: 1. Identify what a clear and viable curriculum is and why it is important. 2. Analyze the components that are needed in a clear and viable curriculum. 3. Assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and assessments. 4.Application to your school/district.
This course also includes staff training slides, curriculum templates, such as priority standards, unwrapping standards, pacing guides, and unit guides, MAP Item Analysis data spreadsheet, and a program evaluation template, that can all be personalized to meet your needs. This course is a great addition to any new curriculum work that will be completed at your school and district.
Leading Curriculum Implementation: One Small Step at a Time – Available March 26, 2024
This course is for leaders who are looking to strategically implement curriculum. It is not a course on PLC or RtI work as it relates to curriculum, but rather a course on how to utilize key leadership moves such as leading with beliefs, designing and discerning a plan and communicating effectively. It also covers how to effectively solve curriculum gaps by considering aspects of curriculum and instruction.
